Notarial work is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and is covered by separate indemnity insurance.

Messages sent through our website or by email are not monitored around the clock. If your matter is urgent — for example if a visa is about to expire or an exchange date is imminent — please telephone us on 01902 711200. Please note that service of documents is not accepted by fax or email.

Complaints should be raised within one year. If we cannot resolve your complaint within eight weeks, you may refer it to the Legal Ombudsman within six months (PO Box 6167, Slough, SL1 0EH; 0300 555 0333; www.legalombudsman.org.uk). You may also report concerns about our professional conduct to the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
